• Established a tutorial website to familiarize users with system functionalities, reaching whole HIS users (800+).

• Interviewed 15+ users, gained comprehensive insights, and came out with a new user flow that was reduced by 40% clicks compared with the original HIS.

• Designed a new type of reminder - “inline error” with the team, which reduced 35% of interruptions caused by pop-ups.
